Our Story
We are a family of vegetarians that cater plant-based menus to the public.
Specializing in vegan, no-oil menus, chef Dan Marek has been a main staple in the Austin plant-based scene for almost two decades catering to celebrities, large parties, private supper clubs and restaurant special events.
In October of 2015, he married Melissa who was also a vegetarian for over 25 years and the two were a match made in vegetable heaven!
Dan's life long passion for cooking and sourcing local, seasonal ingredients has made him an expert in the plant-based kitchen in techniques and flavor. He regularly teaches at culinary schools showing the importance of vegetable based meals and giving culinary artistry tips to make healthy meals flavorful and delicious.

Availability
Because we want your experience to be unique to you, we require an appointment for service at least three weeks before an event for small parties and two months before a large event.
